Explore Paradise at 8000 ft on the edge of the Canadian Rockies with this authentic mountain experience guests are raving about. Leave behind the busy towns and embrace the fresh mountain air, snow-fed streams and waterfalls, breath-taking views of surrounding peaks, historical remains of a former silver mine, carpets of alpine flowers, and wildlife in their natural environment.

What you can expect

This family friendly ATV tour is perfect for all experience levels with a full comprehensive safety briefing and ATV riding instruction provided. It's important to feel comfortable on your ATV so some practice time is provided at the base area before embarking on your journey.

Your guide will lead you through old-growth forest and open slopes along an old mining road to gain a spectacular view of Panorama Mountain Resort and the surrounding peaks of the Toby Creek Valley. You will visit the remains of an early 1900’s silver mining town, walk along the banks of a rushing alpine creek and gaze up at the soaring rock peaks. Your ride will take you to Paradise Ridge where you will witness the vast expanse of the Canadian Rockies and the massive rock landmark of Mt. Nelson.

Enjoy a scrumptious BBQ lunch at a cozy alpine cabin. Vegetarian meals are available upon request.

As you descend back to the base you will park your ATV and follow your guide along a short pathway to the base of Smith Falls where you can watch a snow-fed mountain stream cascade down a vertical rock face.
