Paradise Mine Half Day ATV Tour

All Terrain Vehicles

Toby Creek Adventures Ltd.

Ride your ATV along a gently graded former mining road on this amazing 3-hour tour of Paradise Bowl at Panorama Mountain. This tour includes a visit to an alpine cabin and the remnants of an early 1900’s silver mining town located at tree-line near the top of the mountain at 8000ft.

What you can expect

This family friendly ATV tour is perfect for first-timers with a full comprehensive safety briefing and ATV riding instruction provided. It's important to feel comfortable on your ATV so some practice time is provided at the base area before embarking on your journey.

Your guide will lead you through old-growth forest and open slopes along an old mining road to gain a spectacular view of Panorama Mountain Resort and the surrounding peaks of the Toby Creek Valley. You will reach the top of the mountain at 8000ft and experience incredible views at every new turn in the trail, opportunities to view wildlife, a breathtaking waterfall, and tumbling mountain streams.

This unique tour also includes a visit to the remnants of an early 1900's mining town built by hardy prospectors and pioneers. Walk along the banks of a rushing alpine creek and gaze in wonder at soaring rock peaks that were once mined for silver and gold. Enjoy a wholesome snack at a cozy alpine cabin before returning to base.

During the descent, you will park your ATV and follow your guide along a short pathway to view the cascading snow-fed mountain stream of the Smith Falls.
