Heli Skiing

Eagle Pass Heliski

You haven’t truly carved your way down a mountain until you’ve conquered the Monashee’s. Talented and experienced guides take you up, up and beyond the usual well-tracked terrain, into an unspoiled and endless ski-paradise.

Cancellation / Refund

  • There are a few circumstances that may force EPH to cancel a Heliski day, in part or in whole: inclement weather, avalanche conditions, operational emergencies or mechanical reasons. Heliskiing is a unique experience that is highly subject to weather and snowpack conditions. These conditions are constantly changing, and add an element of complexity to each Heliski day. In the event that Eagle Pass must cancel a day, guests will be given the option to rebook for the next available day, or will be offered a credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and the product they purchased.
  • All credits and refunds will be awarded as per EPH’s GT&C’s.
  • In the event that a full refund is awarded to the guest, this sale will be considered void with no commission awarded to the Tour Operator
  • In the event that a credit is awarded to the guest, full commission will be awarded to the Tour Operator. Once the client uses this credit towards a future trip, commission will be awarded to the Tour Operator less the credited amount for the new trip.
  • EPH reserves the right to calculate the amount of all refunds and credits and will route all refunds directly to the client. EPH reserves the right to award any refund or credit to a client above and beyond its GT&C as necessary in the name of customer service on a case-by-case basis.
  • In the event that a Tour Operators client cancels a trip own their own accord, this client will be subject to EPH’s GT&C’s with commission awarded to the Tour Operator only if the full package price of the trip is retained by EPH. EPH strongly recommends trip cancellation insurance for all clients booked through Tour Operators channels.
  • In the event that a Tour Operator client cancels a trip own their own accord, this client will be subject to EPH’s GT&C’s with no commission awarded to the Tour Operator only if the full package price of the trip is refunded to the client by EPH.
