2 Hour Scenic Snowmobile Tour

Make the most of your winter vacation to Whistler by trying something new; snowmobiling. This scenic tour is a great introduction to the sport, making it perfect for first time riders as it goes at a slow, learning pace. Your tour guide will lead you on groomed trails to stunning viewpoints and to top it off, there will be a break for hot drinks and snacks.

What you can expect

Meet 15 minutes prior to departure in Lobby of Hilton Whistler Resort
Read and sign waivers/releases
Transportation to and from Brandywine base (10-15 min each way)
Outer wear check
Safety discussion with instruction on how to ride our snowmobiles
1.25 hours touring time including break for a snack and hot drink
Two hours of fun from start to finish on well groomed trails leading through forested terrain to spectacular view points and mountain vistas

  • Same gear you would wear for skiing/snowboarding
  • Snow jacket and pants
  • Goggles
  • Warm gloves

Dietary requirements

  • 2 hour tour includes a hot drink and snack at private cabin

  • Collision coverage of $20.00 per driver, per day is mandatory it is not included in the price of the tour and must be paid in office at time of tour
  • Drivers must be at least 16 years old with a valid drivers license
  • All tours are fully guided.
  • All of snowmobile tours are conducted in the Brandywine Valley, 10 minutes south of Whistler
  • There is a full base camp with office, washroom, meeting/greeting and clothing and equipment room

Driving directions

  • Meeting area is located in the Lobby Level of the Hilton Whistler Resort.
  • Arrive in lobby 15-20 minutes prior to your tour time.
  • Parking is available in the Day Lots 1-4 for ~$2/hour,
  • Or you can valet at the Hilton for $20 (cash only) for the day.
  • Please allow sufficient time to walk to office meeting area prior to your tour.



  • Drivers must be at least 16 years old with a valid drivers license
  • Under no circumstances is any person suspected of intoxication beyond the legal driving limit in British Columbia permitted to participate as a driver or passenger in any tour. Persons denied participation will not receive a refund
  • Adventure sport activities are not recommended for individuals who suffer back or neck pain, heart or respiratory distress. Consult your physician prior to participation. Safety regulations require that Blackcomb Snowmobile Ltd. not permit pregnant women to ride as driver or passenger on a snowmobile. All mother’s to be are welcome on our snowcat dinner tours
  • The ideal weight for a smooth ride on our machines is 170kg (350 lbs.) or less. Please keep this in mind when organizing double riders
  • You must be 19 years old or over to sign the waiver yourself, all of those under 19 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf

Cancellation / Refund

  • Tours cancelled within 24 hours of the tour are subject to full payment
  • Groups of 10 or more require 72 hour notification of cancellation
  • Group cancellation with out 72 hours will be non-refundable
  • Blackcomb Snowmobile reserves the right to cancel or combine any tour due to inclement weather, unforeseeable hazards or insufficient bookings
