Your guide will introduce you to the local, world-famous rock climbing crags of Squamish or Whistler, climbing some of the best single pitch routes the area has to offer. There are a variety of climbs to suit everyone’s abilities and desires.

What you can expect

Meet 20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time to allow for waiver signing, guide introductions, gear checks and a discussion of the day ahead. Meeting location is Mountain Skills Academy and Adventure office in Whistler or the Adventure Centre in Squamish (this will be pre-determined).
Drive to climbing area
Enjoy fantastic climbing!
Conclude the day with a guide’s debrief and farewell

  • Climbing pants (light pants that allow maximum mobility)
  • Tee shirt
  • Mid layer fleece or wool top
  • Weatherproof shell jacket
  • Down or synthetic insulating “puffy” jacket

Location

Restrictions

  • All guests must sign a release of liability waiver prior to participating in any activity. Guests who are 19 years and older sign their own waiver. Guests under the age of 19 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf
  • It is strongly recommended that you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance upon booking and Emergency Evacuation insurance. A recommended insurance provider is Tugo.Com or call 1800 663 0399 if required.

Cancellation / Refund

  • Within 24 hour cancellation notice will result in a 100% forfeit
  • Outside of 24 hours - $25 penalty to reschedule
  • If conditions force Mountain Skills Academy and Adventures to cancel a course or trip they will do all they can to accommodate you at another date. If this isn’t possible you will receive a full refund. They reserve the right to decline rescheduling dates based on availability
